Warranty Coverage:

Garage Doors Now is committed to providing high-quality garage door services and products. We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on the parts we install, including doors, springs, rollers, and motors. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

Warranty Terms:

  1. Coverage Period:

    • This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of installation.

  2. Covered Parts:

    • Doors

    • Springs

    • Rollers

    • Motors

  3. Warranty Service:

    • If a defect arises in any of the covered parts during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge to you.

  4. Exclusions:

    • This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from:

      • Normal wear and tear

      • Improper use, maintenance, or neglect

      • Accidents, abuse, or misuse

      • Alterations or modifications made by anyone other than Garage Doors Now

      • Acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters

  5. Customer Responsibilities:

    • To obtain warranty service, you must:

      • Notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect

      • Provide proof of purchase and installation

      • Allow us or our authorized agents access to the property for inspection and repair

  6. Limitations:

    • This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as specified above. It does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.

    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product and installation services.
